P P Savani University proudly hosted a soulful SPIC MACAY recital at the PIC MACAY PPSU Chapter, bringing students and the university community closer to the timeless beauty of Indian classical music. 🇮🇳✨
The programme featured a mesmerising Sarod Recital by Pt. Partho Sarothy ji, accompanied by Shri Sapan Anjaria on Tabla. Their exceptional musical chemistry created an atmosphere filled with rhythm, melody and deep spiritual energy. 🎵🥁
The event began with a warm welcome, prayers and the traditional lamp-lighting ceremony 🪔, setting the perfect tone for an enriching cultural experience.
For the students, the recital was much more than a musical performance. It was an opportunity to understand the depth, discipline and heritage of Indian classical music.
