Course Details

Approval: Fully approved by the Council of Architecture (COA).
Course Duration: 5 Years / 10 Semesters (includes 1 full semester dedicated to professional office training).
Eligibility Criteria: * Must qualify through a recognized aptitude test in Architecture, such as NATA or an equivalent examination.
- Secured at least 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM), along with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate at the 10+2 level.
- OR Passed the 10+3 diploma examination with Mathematics as a compulsory subject, securing at least 50% marks in aggregate.
- Admissions are strictly processed according to COA and ACPC guidelines.
Curriculum Highlights: Core focuses include design studio, theory, graphics, history, technology, structures & services, professional practice, professional internship, personality development, and language proficiency.

Recognition: Formally recognized by the Indian Institute of Town Planners (IITP).
Course Duration: 2 Years / 4 Semesters (includes 6 to 8 weeks of professional office training).
Eligibility Criteria: Open to candidates holding a B.Arch., B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering, B.Plan, or a Post Graduation degree in Geography, Economics, or Sociology.
Curriculum Highlights: In-depth focus on planning and structuring living ecosystems. Subjects include specialized planning studios, history, socio-economics, politics & planning, urban governance, infrastructure & transport planning, tourism, and legal issues.
